Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with tile selections, ensure Client Selection Sheets are completed and NPS surveys are sent out to customers.
• Manage daily operations, lead and train the showroom team, assist with hiring new team members, handle any issues and conduct team meetings.
• Ensure effective operation of the Showroom, manage sample requests.
• Facilitate training, support team development, and assist in hiring and training new members.
• Analyse and improve processes and participate in team leader meetings. Provide suggestions on additions and deletions to our product range.
• Maintain records, document activities, update data, set customer satisfaction goals, and leverage technology for efficiency. Report Showroom data to management.

About You

While you do not need to have pool or tile experience, some interest in design or renovation experience would be advantageous. You will also:

• Be available to work Tuesday to Saturday.
• Be committed to our Customer Service Philosophy.
• Be a warm people person who naturally builds rapport and exudes confidence.
• Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Like working as part of a close knit team.
• Be solutions driven with good time management and problem solving skills.
• Have a strong ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team; conflict resolution and promoting workplace cohesion.
• Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills; managing customer queries, orders, and complaints professionally.
• Have proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a showroom or retail environment.
