SATURDAY CASUAL

• Saturday position 5.5 hours per week.

• Assist customers in the Showroom to showcase our extensive product range and help them choose the right combination of tiles to create their perfect pool/backyard area.
• Complete and process customer orders
• Liaise with the Warehouse & Production teams on stock and order fulfilment.
• Build and maintain on going relationships with our clients.

ABOUT YOU

The Person:

While you do not need to have pool or tile experience, some interest in design or renovation experience would be advantageous. You will also…

• Be committed to our Customer Service Philosophy.
• Be a warm people person who naturally builds rapport and exudes confidence.
• Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Like working as part of a close knit team.
• Enjoy assisting customers to make the right choices for them.
• Have some administration skills and an eye for detail and accuracy.
• Be solutions driven with good time management and problem solving skills.
